We typically invest between $500,000 to $5 million USD per round, with flexibility depending on opportunity size and strategic alignment.
Equity participation and convertible instruments form our primary investment approach. We also consider strategic partnerships and co-investment opportunities with like-minded investors.
Beyond capital, GQI provides strategic guidance, access to our global network of quantum leaders, and introductions to industry, academic, and government partners. Where relevant, we participate actively through advisory roles and board representation.
We do not invest in ventures lacking clear pathways to commercialization, projects outside the quantum and enabling deep-tech ecosystem, or companies misaligned with ethical and sustainable practices.
